It has been a few years since we used your catering service and even though your food has always been fantastic, I think this was the best yet. Everyone raved about it all, especially the chicken and the collards.

Thanks to you and your staff for providing such wonderful service and to Rutledge for taking such good care of us. From the time he arrived, he was so hospitable and incredibly accommodating. I could not have asked for anyone better for our event. Best wishes to you all for the remainder of 2013 and into the new year. i can’t thank you enough for all you did to make our Middleburg, Va event so special. The meal was absolutely incredible! and having you, Andrew, and the Rig up there with us was so neat and very special. We’re still hearing rave reviews and I know several folks mentioned to me at the dinner how much they appreciated our bringing Lowcountry cuisine up to the area. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner on this event. Thank you for all your patience, time and effort on this – it was a true pleasure working with you and we hope to do it again very soon and even sooner, I’m hoping to have some of that BBQ and succotash!!

 Hey Jimmy!

Things went really well from the catering end! The servers were very helpful and sweet…my fiance/husband didn’t get to the 1 hr appetizers bc of taking pics but one of the servers came up to ask us if we wanted a ham biscuit. i thought it was sweet of him to do that given that portion was over. the food was Ah-MAZING! everyone was raving about how wonderful really everything was! i loved the shrimp and grits and mac and cheese. you all did a great job. if you ever need someone to vouch for your food or need a reference or referal I will be happy to give one.

 The wedding rehearsal dinner for our son and daughter-in-law at the Cooper River Room went beautifully, with our sincere gratitude to your team.  Many people came up to us to ask who was doing the catering because they thought the food was exceptionally good, which it was!  I liked the way the buffet was set up so attractively, too, with the wooden container for the Tidewater Boil, and the iron supports and baskets for other menu items.  The whole package was “lowcountry,” just as we had hoped.

 Linley was great to work with as we planned the menu and other details for several months. She does her job well!  The evening was a great success.  I will highly recommend your company to anyone who asks for suggestions for caterers in the Charleston area.
