The “Big Red Rig” offers BlackJack Barbecue’s™ “ultimate cooking experience.” Making appearances at national competitions, local festivals and large catered events, the two-story, nearly 30-foot long rig has enough cooking space for 50 Boston Butts, 40 racks of ribs and much more. Guests can wind their way up the spiral staircase to relax on the upper deck and check out pit master Jimmy Hagood and his team slow cook the award-winning pork shoulders, ribs and whole hogs.
The Big Red Rig has rolled to barbecue competitions across the country, smoked thousands of pounds of pork on Madison Avenue and even rested on Rockefeller Plaza while Hagood dazzled the audience on The Today Show.
