 Wild Game Marinade marries the perfect blend of molasses, worcestershire, teriyaki and soy sauces with an original spice blend~ including rosemary, garlic and pepper~ to coax delicious flavors from any wild game – venison, duck, quail, elk – or not so wild chicken, pork or beef. The marinade imparts a piquant taste designed to accentuate but not overpower the natural flavors, while uniquely tenderizing and sealing in juices.   Simply marinate for 30 minutes, up to overnight, then grill, bake or sauté as desired.
